Pre-pro to deliverables.

A shoot that runs late costs real money. The work we do before day one is what keeps the day on the rails.

  1. 01

    Pre-pro

Treatment, shot list, locations, talent, permits. Everything locked before we start hiring crew.

  2. 02

    Pre-light

Tech scout, lighting plan, gear list. The fewer surprises on shoot day, the better the work.

  3. 03

    Shoot

Crew in place, talent on set, day runs to schedule. You see playback, not chaos.

  4. 04

    Wrap

Footage backed up on set, dailies organised, and a clean handoff into post-production for edit, colour, and delivery.

  5. 05

    Deliver

Edits, cutdowns, and the formats each platform actually needs. Master files in your hands.

The whole production stack, under one roof.

FAQ

Questions we get asked.

Where can you shoot?

We are based in Calgary and work globally. Travel, locations and local production partners are planned around the brief. We agree the crew, schedule and logistics before the shoot.

What does a shoot typically cost?

Too many variables to ballpark without a brief. A single-day stills shoot is a different conversation than a five-day broadcast spot. Send us what you’re trying to make and we’ll come back with a real budget.

Do I own the footage?

Yes. You own the footage, the masters, and the deliverables. Talent and music usage is licensed per the contract, and we’ll walk you through what those rights cover before anything is signed.

How far ahead do we need to book?

Two to four weeks is comfortable for most shoots. We can move faster when the brief is tight, but the more pre-production time we have, the cleaner the day runs.

What happens if a shoot day gets weathered out?

We build weather contingencies into every outdoor shoot. If a call can’t go ahead, we reschedule for the next available day at no penalty beyond the locked crew fees that day.

Send us the brief.

Even a few lines is enough to get going. We’ll come back with questions, a treatment direction, and a real budget.
