Every campaign needs a different size of creator.

Big follower counts aren’t always the answer. We mix tiers based on what the campaign actually has to do.

  1. 01

    Nano

    1K to 10K followers

Hyper-engaged, niche, and trusted. Best for local launches, community proof, and low-spend tests at volume.

  2. 02

    Micro

    10K to 100K followers

The workhorse tier. Strong engagement, real conversion, and scalable enough to fuel a full content pipeline.

  3. 03

    Mid

    100K to 1M followers

Reach without losing the personal feel. Good for brand consideration and category-defining campaigns.

  4. 04

    Macro

    1M+ followers

Mass awareness moments. Use sparingly, with clear creative direction, and always paired with paid amplification.

From brief to amplified.

A repeatable process that doesn’t get in the way of the work.

  1. 01

    Brief

We sit down with you to figure out the goal. Awareness, conversion, content for paid, or all three. The brief drives every choice that follows.

  2. 02

    Source

We pull from our network and beyond, screening for audience fit, engagement quality, brand safety, and past collab performance.

  3. 03

    Match

You see a shortlist with rationales. Not just metrics. Why this creator, what they’ve done for similar brands, what to expect.

  4. 04

    Produce

We brief the creator, manage approvals, and handle delivery. You stay in the loop without managing every revision yourself.

  5. 05

    Amplify

Whitelist the best content, run it through paid, and turn one-off posts into evergreen ad creative that keeps working.

Sourcing, briefing, and the messy middle.

Influencer work has a hundred small steps that quietly eat hours. We handle them so you can focus on the bigger picture.

    Payments

Contracts, invoicing, and creator payouts, all on us.

FAQ

Questions we get asked.

Do I have to pay for the creators on top of your fee?

Yes. Creator fees are passed through at cost. Our retainer covers the work to source, brief, manage, and report. We don’t mark up creator pay, and you see what each creator was paid.

Can I use the content in our paid ads?

Yes. We negotiate usage rights up front so the content can run as paid ads, on your owned channels, or get whitelisted from the creator’s handle. Length of usage is part of every contract.

How do you measure if a campaign actually worked?

It depends on the goal. Awareness campaigns get reach, view-through, and audience growth. Performance campaigns get tracked links, promo codes, and attributed conversions. We agree on the metrics in the brief, not after.

Do you only work with big creators?

No. Most campaigns we run lean on micro and mid-tier creators. Big names can move the needle for awareness moments, but it’s rarely the most efficient way to drive sales.

What happens if a creator we approve underperforms?

It’s part of the job. We track every collab, learn what worked and what didn’t, and adjust the next round. Performance is a portfolio. Our job is to keep tilting the portfolio in your favor.
